Submit a request to permanently delete your Grofinit account and associated personal data.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
- • Account Access Disables Immediately: You will no longer be able to log in to the Grofinit Mobile App or admin dashboard.
- • Personal Profile Deletion: Your name, phone number, email address, profile photos, and app preferences will be permanently wiped from active servers.
- • Financial & Statutory Retention Notice: Completed order logs, invoice records, and settled wallet payout history will be archived strictly as mandated by tax and corporate statutory laws for audit compliance.
Delete Account via Mobile App
You can also request account deletion directly from the Grofinit Mobile App:
1. Open Grofinit App ➔ Tap Profile Tab
2. Select Settings & Privacy
3. Tap Delete Account & Data ➔ Confirm Request
