1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Grofinit Mobile Application or web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Grofinit platform.

2. Account Registration & KYC Verification

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register a business account on Grofinit.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during profile creation and KYC identity verification.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and security PIN.
• Any account found operating under fraudulent identity details will be suspended immediately pending administrative review.

3. Grofinit Mall Commerce & Orders

Grofinit provides a digital marketplace connecting users with products, brands, and fulfillment services.

• All orders placed through Grofinit Mall are subject to product availability and order acceptance.
• Prices, product specifications, and availability are subject to updates without prior notice.
• Order tracking, shipping fulfillment, and return/refund eligibility are processed in accordance with established business policies.

The Grofinit logo, trademarks, platform brand assets, application source code, UI designs, and digital content are the exclusive property of Grofinit. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal and official business management purposes only.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Grofinit platform if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal or unauthorized practices, or compromise platform security.
